Suppliers can retract a bid response if the issuing agency allows it. If the agency does not allow bid retractions, the Retract option is not available in the Actions dropdown list on the Response Detail page. Retracting a response lets you change all or part of a bid response you already submitted.
Important

- If you retract a bid response, your response is no longer submitted.
- To resubmit a retracted bid, you must click the Submit Response button on the Response Submission tab before the Close Date.

- When the bid is Closed, the Retract option is no longer available.
