This article provides an overview for suppliers registering with an agency's Euna Procurement Powered by Ion Wave electronic bidding system.
Suppliers need to register with an agency to do business with that agency. Registering with a particular agency does not allow a supplier to respond to a solicitation from any other agency. You must register separately with each agency.
Each agency manages its own registrations, not Euna Procurement. Direct all questions about supplier registration or the registration approval process to the agency.

New Supplier Registration
Follow these steps to begin a new Supplier registration:
- Click the Supplier Registration link located on the agency's Euna Procurement login page.
- Complete the following fields on the Preliminary Company Information screen:
- Company Name
- Main Phone
- SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (if applicable)
- DUNS number (if applicable)
-
Click the Next button.
The system then searches the agency's supplier database for an existing supplier account.
If the system finds a duplicate or similar supplier account, do not create a duplicate account. Instead, contact the account holder at your agency and ask them to give you a user profile on this account.
If you represent a different company than the one highlighted as a duplicate, click the Create New Supplier button (refer to the image below).
Note
You must check the box to acknowledge the Ion Wave Technologies Terms and Conditions before clicking the Next button.
-
Complete all fields marked with a red asterisk on the Company Information portion of the screen. The red asterisk displays to the left of each required field (refer to the image below).
- Trade Name/Legal Name: Companies with separate operating names can utilize both fields. Companies that use the same legal and trade name only need to enter this information in the Trade Name field.
- Organization Type: Organizations outside the U.S. should select Foreign Entity from the dropdown list.
- Tax ID Number: Foreign-based companies should select Other.
- Company Recovery Email: Enter a secondary email address to use if account information is lost or changed.
- Complete all fields marked with a red asterisk on the User Information portion of the screen.
- User Name/Login: Each new user account in a Euna Procurement system requires a unique user login name. If you are registered with another agency that uses the Ionwave bidding system, you cannot reuse a previous user login name. You must create a unique user login name during registration. Euna Procurement recommends using a format like abcsupplies_customer, where customer is a short version of the agency you are registering with.
- Time Zone: Pay special attention to the time zone selections. If you reside in a state that does not observe daylight saving time, be sure to select that option from the lower portion of the list.
- Once you enter the necessary information on the Company Info tab, click the Save and Next button.
Continue Registration Link
Once you complete the New Supplier Registration, the system sends a verification link to the email address you entered. This link opens the Company Info tab so you can continue your registration (refer to the image below).
If you do not receive the verification email, check your trash and spam email folders. If you still cannot find the email, allowlist the email domain @customer.ionwave.net. Then contact the agency you are registering with and ask them to resend the verification email.
Addresses
This tab includes the address you entered on the Company Info tab. Click the edit icon (pencil) to edit this address. To add more addresses, click the Add Addresses button.
W-9
If the agency collects W-9 forms during registration, the system prompts you to complete a W-9 form on this tab. Complete and electronically sign the form, then click the Save and Next button.
Automated Clearing House (ACH)
If the agency collects ACH information during registration, the system prompts you to submit it at this step. ACH information is optional. However, if you start filling it out, you must complete all fields. If this tab is not visible, the agency does not collect this information.
Other Information
If the agency collects any additional information during registration, the system prompts you to submit it at this step (refer to the image below). If this tab is not visible, the agency does not collect this information.
Commodity Codes
Selecting commodities lets you receive invitations to solicitations as agencies issue them. Review commodities and mark those that pertain to your agency. Use the search tool to search and highlight commodities using keywords (refer to the image below).
Classifications
If the agency allows suppliers to self-elect special classifications during registration, the system prompts you to do so on this tab. Check any applicable classification. The system can ask you to upload supporting documentation. If it does, click the Select button to upload the document (refer to the image below). If this tab is not visible, the agency does not collect this information.
Review
Review the information to confirm it is accurate, and click the edit icon (pencil) to edit any incorrect information. When finished, click the Register Now button.
The system sends an email notification once the agency activates your supplier account.
Helpful Tips
Once your company registration is active, log in to the system and add another user account with a generic or shared email address. This gives other company representatives easy access.
- Log in to the system using the username and password you created.
-
On the right side of the page, under Quick Links, select Supplier Company Profile (refer to the image below).
-
When the profile opens, click the Users tab, then click the Add User button on the left (refer to the image below).
- Complete all fields marked with a red asterisk. Euna Procurement recommends using a generic user name or login and a generic or shared email address. Select the correct time zone before saving.
-
At the bottom of the page, check the Event View/Respond box (refer to the image below).
Note
Euna Procurement strongly recommends adding a secondary user to all vendor accounts. This ensures continued access if primary account information is lost or changed.
